"On this rock I will build my church..." Matthew 16:18

Jesus promises to build the church. He invites us to confess the truth of who He is. Our work is to live as accurate witnesses. His work is to bring His kingdom. Our Fall teaching series, "We Believe" explores the core confession of Christian faith known as the Apostles Creed. Join us as we explore the richness and beauty of orthodoxy expressed in this ancient summary of biblical faith.

Community Groups

Christian life is essentially community through Jesus Christ.  As we kick off our fall together we invite you to be a part of one of our communities throughout the Beaverton area.  Check out our communities page on the app or website or reach out directly to Dakota.

If you are interested in becoming a Community Group leader or hosting a group, Dakota will be leading a forum and training this Sunday. Check out the Events section on the App for details and to RSVP.

Faithful Friends Mentoring

Later this month you will hear from Curtis Holm about Faithful Friends.  Faithful Friends is a faith-based mentoring program that provides children with support through relationships that encourage them to thrive in their hopes and dreams.

We are looking for individuals, couples and families who are interested in volunteering as mentors for a child, ages 6-9. Volunteers meet with their mentee 3-4 times each month for at least one year, with the opportunity to continue.

If you are interested or would like to learn more, check out their website or connect with Curtis.

Looking for a way to serve within our church? Or to get to know more people? Each week, we rely on dozens of volunteers to help with setup and teardown, hospitality, worship, AV/tech and in serving Colossae Kids. Currently we have a pressing need for more volunteers in setup/teardown and in Colossae Kids. If you are interested in serving, let us know at the Community and Connections Table on Sunday or on the website or app.
